Modern yoga

modern yoga and they are given by Swami Sivananda.
The 5 basic principles include proper relaxation,
proper exercise, proper breathing, proper diet and proper thinking with
meditation.
Therefore this was the brief history of yoga and
various aspects related to it. Therefore before practicing yoga it is very
mandatory to control your breathing process because breathing controls every
part of the body and take care of it.

Spiritual discipline is the real meaning of yoga
in the religions like Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. There are many aspects of
yoga. The very expect is to connect with the divine and feel the power of soul
by meditation and along with increasing the body strength in order to face any
diseases. The exercises of yoga has been constantly practiced over 1000 of
years ago. However, the exact birth of yoga is uncertain however, some pieces
of information that has been gathered from the history makes us believe that it
belongs to the Vedic period.
Evidence of yoga is found in the Rig-Veda around
3000 BC. Rig-Veda is a composition of hymns. The main composition of rig Veda
includes divine harmony, prayer and being greater in all respects of
humanitarian.
The primary aim of this Veda was to heal the
members of the community. It was a kind of applied science to individuals in
order to cure their diseases it mainly focused later on a change to the sense
that is self-enlighten became the ultimate goal. By the starting of 6th century
BC the position and meditation became a critical element in Hinduism afterwards
they were spread to Buddhism and Jainism.
